Leasing Procedure

Step 1. Before you come into our office, complete an application on our website. If you have roommates, there is a ‘copy’ link on your application to send them so that all roommates are grouped together. *Completing the application is the longest part of the leasing procedure and can take up to 30 mins to process. Ensuring everyone has this done before hand will save a lot of time in the office and help you secure your unit.


Step 2. Once all applications have been completed and submitted, a minimum of one representative from your lease group should come to our office to start the lease signing process. Be advised that ALL LESSEES must be available to activate their portal and sign the lease all at the same time, whether or not they are present at the office.


Step 3. Once you arrive at the office, we will send a portal activation to all lessees. After everyone activates their portal, we can collect the non refundable first month’s rent (in cash or money order at the office OR you can pay via your portal with E-check or credit/debit*)


Step 4. We will generate the online lease and all lessees must sign digitally at that time. (Again, please remember any roommates that are not present must be available to sign the lease at the same time).


Step 5. The lease is countersigned at our office and the unit is yours! If you choose co-signer as your guarantor, we will send it out digitally to complete the rest of the paperwork.


*When making any payments via your tenant portal, e-check is always free! The online company charges a fee to use credit or debit*
