Changes to Leases Begining 2024-2025 Lease Term

Per lease: LOCKS/KEYS. The charge for changing a door code is $65

Per lease: Digital convenience fee.  At time of lease signing, all units will pay a $20 digital convenience fee. 

Per new addendum: Insurance.  It is now required that all residents upload their insurance coverage on their portal at move in/lease renewal date.  If they do not do so, they will automatically be enrolled in coverage billed to their portal to ensure that everyone has coverage.

Parking fees will increase next year.  ($200 will now be $260, $100 will now be $160).  All other amounts that do not fall under these categories will remain the same or be specifically noted in the resident file.
