COVID-19 SHOWING PRECAUTIONS

Due to the changes in social distancing from the pandemic, we are strongly encouraging all potential residents to make their housing choices based on available floor plans, photos, and videos of units that we have available to rent. In the event that you would like to visit a unit in person, the following protocols will be in place:

In order to reduce exposure: during a showing with our company, we will only be able to take TWO DESIGNATED potential residents on the showing and into the unit. You may FaceTime additional roommates from the showing in order to share information about the property.

ANYONE exhibiting COVID related symptoms must refrain from attending the showing.

All involved must wear masks, in accordance with current local regulations.
